1. Booking and Payments
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by MyFlyZone
1.2. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified for each travel package.
1.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, supplier price changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
1.4. Final payment must be made within the specified deadline to secure your booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Cancellation policies vary by package and service providers. Please refer to specific package details for refund eligibility.
2.2. Any cancellation must be communicated in writing to MyFlyZone.
2.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the supplier’s policies, and service charges may apply.
2.4. No refunds will be given for unused services once the trip has commenced.
3. Travel Documents and Requirements
3.1. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other required travel documents.
3.2. MyFlyZone is not responsible for any losses incurred due to failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
3.3. Travelers must comply with all destination-specific health and safety regulations.
4. Changes and Amendments
4.1. MyFlyZone reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, and other arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. If changes are necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to provide similar alternatives.
4.3. Any additional costs incurred due to changes made by the traveler will be the traveler’s responsibility.
5. Liability and Responsibility
5.1. MyFlyZone acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) and is not liable for any losses, injuries, accidents, delays, or damages caused by these third parties.
5.2. Travelers are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and adherence to local laws during the trip.
5.3. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unexpected circumstances.
